What Works: Best Practices and Lessons Learned from the Alliance for Boys and Men of Color
California's future prosperity depends on the success of its growing majority: communities of color. Boys and men of color make up a significant part of this growing population \u2013 70 percent of Californians under the age of 25 identify as people of color \u2013 yet they face unique barriers to opportunity that result in some of the state\u2019s poorest outcomes. The Alliance for Boys and Men of Color is a group of change agents committed to improving the life chances of California\u2019s boys and young men of color. Active locally and statewide, the Alliance for Boys and Men of Color utilizes the strong and diverse leadership of youth and community leaders to ensure the health, well-being, and success of our state\u2019s youth.
