ExperienceA noted policy advocate on a variety of equity issues, Ms. Bell works with community leaders and state and national partners to advance change at the local, state, and national levels. She also conducts advocacy trainings and workshops across the country to bring low-income communities into the policy process. Ms. Bell is an authority on innovative strategies and policies that increase access to healthy foods and reduce environmental health impacts on low-income communities.
