Experience

A leader in using innovative tools to make the case for equity, Mr. Rubin guides PolicyLink efforts to reframe infrastructure and transportation debates. He works on issues ranging from school overcrowding and transportation equity to water access and the challenges facing unincorporated communities. He also explores how land use planning affects health and directs an effort to assess the community engagement strategies of state universities.
