Experience

Ms. Fernandez Smith, a former Fulbright Hayes Scholar to the Philippines and a San Francisco Foundation Fellow, has worked with grassroots groups, public agencies, and philanthropic organizations to advance equitable development. At PolicyLink, her background in political strategy has informed her focus on affordable housing and transportation equity as well as efforts to raise awareness about infrastructure disparities facing low-income families and immigrant communities.
