Jesús Guzmán, Associate, supports the Alliance for Boys and Men of Color team by providing research, policy, and data analysis. Jesús brings prior experience providing economic analysis with the Marin Economic Forum, data analysis with the California Public Utilities Commission’s Office of Ratepayer Advocates, and previously served as the Program Director for Centro Laboral de Graton, a worker center organizing with day laborers and domestic workers. Jesús has published work on labor and immigration policy in both the Harvard Journal of Hispanic Policy and the Berkeley Public Policy Journal. He holds a master's in public policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley. He is an avid Bay Area sports fan and also enjoys the outdoors as a life-long resident of Sonoma County.
