Eliza McCullough, Associate, works with the equitable economy team and provides research support for the National Equity Atlas, Bay Area Equity Atlas, and All-In-Cities projects. She has helped research and writes analyses focusing on workforce inequality, automation policy, and eviction risk. Eliza previously worked at Accountability Counsel and Gender Action, where she researched the impact of International Financial Institutions on marginalized communities. She received her bachelor’s degree in global development studies from the University of California, Berkeley in 2019. Eliza’s background in qualitative and quantitative research methods, economic policy, and global anti-poverty work provides her with a unique skill set to support her team. She loves to cook, read, dance, write, run, and talk to her friends on the phone.
