Biography

Jennifer Brown Thompson, Director, Workplace Engagement and Experience, develops and is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the overall experience of employees by working closely with the CEO and teams to create and champion innovative programs to bring about the best in the organization and introducing new ways of working. She is also responsible for the physical and operational infrastructure of the facilities at the headquarters in Oakland and New York offices.
