Erica Bleicher, Director of Operations & Strategic Partnerships, leads cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Erica manages PolicyLink's various partnerships through fiscal sponsorship, grantmaking, and strategic projects. These collaborations enable PolicyLink to expand opportunities to issue area experts and mobilize resources to their communities.

Erica started her career in grassroots organizing to increase funding for California’s public schools. Following her experience in advocacy work, Erica took on a variety of positions in nonprofit operations and fiscal sponsorship, bringing deep experience to her current role. Prior to PolicyLink, she worked with Arabella Advisors managing a portfolio of advocacy projects that aim to pass legislation around affordable housing, paid family leave, immigration reform, and climate justice. Erica holds a masters of public administration from San Francisco State University with a focus on nonprofit administration. Outside of work, Erica enjoys building community and is often planning when she can next coordinate a puzzle swap, succulent give-away, or spending time outdoors with friends.
