Crystal Yang, Director of Donor Engagement, leads efforts to build long-term relationships with potential funders and partners of PolicyLink. Prior to this she was the inaugural Northern California Deputy Director of Development for the Obama Foundation where she saw seed investments for programming as well as capital campaign. Crystal brings extensive experience with fundraising and her passion for racial equity to her work and strives to build bridges of understanding between funders and grassroot movement leaders. Outside of work, you can find her exploring the best of Bay Area hikes, experimenting with complicated cooking recipes, or poorly singing karaoke at her local haunts.
