Biography

Jocelyn Corbett, Director of Corporate Racial Equity, supports the evolution of antiracist corporations. Trained as a cross-sector leader, she has worked across nonprofit, for-profit, and movement spaces in pursuit of economic equity. Prior to joining PolicyLink, Jocelyn managed the community of Certified B Corporations in the US and Canada and helped steward B Lab’s transition to establishing racial equity as one of the central pillars of its strategy. Over her six years at B Lab, Jocelyn saw the value of corporate performance standards to illuminate what, exactly, corporations must do differently to benefit all and not just a few. Most importantly, she was inspired by the innumerable stakeholders who utilized the standards to hold corporations to account. Jocelyn is excited to bring her experience to PolicyLink, as a leader in racial equity that is well-positioned to provide the guidance and accountability sought by internal organizers and corporate leaders alike to achieve racial equity in the private sector. Jocelyn is the Alumni Co-Chair for Chinook Fund and sits on the board of Real Food Real Stories. She lives in Durango, CO, and travels to Oakland, CA whenever she possibly can.
