Biography

Jocelyn Corbett, Director of Corporate Racial Equity, is committed to advancing racial equity in the private sector. Trained as a cross-sector leader through Coro’s Fellowship in Public Affairs, she has worked across nonprofit, for-profit, and movement spaces in pursuit of economic equity. Prior to joining PolicyLink, Jocelyn managed the chapter network of Certified B Corporations across the United States and Canada and led B Lab’s first impact improvement initiative to advance equitable and inclusive business practices across North America. She is thrilled to marshal that experience into developing corporate performance standards on racial and economic equity, which have the power to change the way business is done. Jocelyn sits on the board of Food Culture Collective. She lives in Durango, CO, and travels to Oakland, CA whenever she possibly can.
