PolicyLink has been working at the intersection of health, housing, data research, and community-oriented planning to broaden understanding of the importance of healthy housing. The webinar will explore the work of several organizations that have pioneered approaches to remedying toxic threats to housing and involving residents of neighborhoods being impacted in advocating for planning and land use policies that address their needs. The webinar will also introduce a curriculum that PolicyLink has designed to guide advocates focused on housing, health, and environmental justice issues through the public planning process.
